flat belt for BL-51, BL-71, BL-91, RX 1500D, RX 5000, BL 101,
BL 10X, AP-M1 and the L-versions of respective models.
These
belts are an exact copy of the original ones. All measurements and
parameters are equal (e.g. a thickness of far less than 0,5 mm). "Only"
better material has been used because it keeps it´s characteristics
for a longer period of time. Although it is recommended to replace
the belt every second year when running the turntable on an average
level!
This belt is precisely grinded double-sided which gives you the possibility
to run it on both sides without risking wow and flutter.
Parameters like slippage, elasticity (if too inelastic,
then, by the time you´ll risk damages of your motor and platter
bearings because of the effect of too high tractive forces)
and grip (no gliding when turning on - avoids wear
of friction!) are exemplary!
