not easy to find an optimized way between the demand on precision
and the cost-effectiveness to realize it.
Based
on this requirements it is an urge to produce on the latest CNC-milling
machines with an accuracy that is expected by every MICRO-owner.
Leaving the milling machine, arm mounts are stored, waiting for further
treatment...
Quality management with high precision measuers.
Finally the arm mounts are going to be finished by powder coating.
The four advantages of a structurized powder coating are following:
- highest possible constancy in layer thickness of
approx 75 µm (precision)
- almost insensitive against scratches and marks (surface not sensitive)
- good feel when mounting (handling)
- has a noble look (appearance)
